After graduating with a degree from UC Davis, Larry joined the winemaking team at Fess Parker Winery as enologist, where he stayed for nearly a decade before it was time to branch off and concentrate 100% on his own brand. As you’ll happily discover while tasting through the wines in his portfolio, Larry is adept not only at winemaking but at explaining the process in a very user-friendly manner.

The family adventure, "L'Aventure" began in 1998. The spirit of L'Aventure is most evident in the Estate Cuvée, a Syrah/ Cabernet Sauvignon/ Petit Verdot blend. In 1861, Charles Krug, the visionary father of Napa Valley winemaking, established the winery that started it all. The Mondavi Family purchased this already iconic estate in 1943, and for over 75 years and four generations they have been passionately perfecting an enduring legacy for those generations still to come. Generations is a Bordeaux-style blend created to honor. The fruit is night-picked from the estate vineyards in Yountville and aged in new French oak barrels.
